• We had a laugh at how everyone claimed to know this conversation, and less than half the room could confirm that they have been effectively applying their understanding. I loved the sense of empowerment and smiles by the time we wrapped up!
  
  
• A challenge that many of us could create when approaching modeling is comparing our internal worst, to others' external best when they are at step #10 whilst we're still getting started - what a fantastic depth of conversation!
  
  
• A deep dive into how we choose who to model. What criteria should we focus on, and pay attention to that will give us the results we are looking for?
