The Program is 21 weeks, can I do it faster?
We have intentionally released the content on a 7 day cadence to allow sufficient space to the activities and learning to happen between sessions. Keep in mind, these are huge topics and are literally rewiring your neurology. Allow yourself to notice the changes that are happening between sessions.
Similarly, if you find you need more time between sessions, give yourself this and come back to where you left off. There are no time limits you must complete the program in.
